Houve problema na emissão da nota fiscal da hospedagem, criado pelo hotel e pela Hoteis.com. Tive que falar com três funcionários do hotel: atendente, sub-gerente e gerente e o problema não foi resolvido. Durante a noite, eu tive dificuldade para dormir, pois o sub-gerente ficou conversando com alguém na área de check in, a qual ficava próxima a meu quarto.
