Lovely hotel. Perfect for families. Would not recommend for young couples. Depending on room location it can take a long time to walk from reception to your room. Rooms are clean but are not refreshed in the same way. Dirty sheets are not replaced daily. Pillows are the worst I have ever had in a hotel, they are all lumpy. Wrist band policy is terrible. I can see the point for all inclusive but it’s ridiculous if you’re only getting bed and breakfast. You need to wear for the entire stay. They are horrible by the end! Plus everyone in the town knows where you are staying. Very off-putting.

Good Hotel but very overcrowded

The rooms are quite basic for a modern hotel with a pull out sofa bed which is rock hard to sleep on and very uncomfortable to sit on . The twin beds are also quite hard .There are two flat screen Tv’s in each room but the reception on them are awful and fuzzy. There is a microwave in the room which looks like it’s about 30 years old and it wouldn’t entice you to use it.The bathroom was the best part of the room and had a fantastic shower.The pool is huge and very family friendly but trying to get a sunbed is like a lottery unless you are up at the dawn. On the plus side of things this hotel has fantastic entertainment for both adults and kids with the animation team excellent . The food is also very good and the all inclusive drinks are served at the pool bar only which can have long queues but move quickly.We found the staff to be very friendly and on check out as we had a late flight we could use the all inclusive for the remainder of the day which was a nice touch . We found all the common areas spotless and well looked after ... Would we stay here again probably but if the hotel made a few changes with the rooms and the pool area a lot more people would recommend this hotel to there friends .

Great hotel for all weathers

Pros: I liked the decor, the indoor heated swimming pool, the games room, the variety of food and enjoyable evening entertainment.
Cons: A travelater as the bedrooms seemed so far down the hallways
Location: The location to the local crazy golf course was so close and a great activity for young and old. Local restaurants were excellent. Beach close by.
The hotel was well positioned with a free shuttle bus to the beach, including a free return to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and able to sort out any requests we had, from cleaning our room to getting a taxi to any destination. A handsome amount of leaflets were displayed in the reception of activities in the local area. Food was very nice and very family friendly.

Pros: I found these apartments very spacious with large balcony, nice comfy lounge to watch tv, lovely breakfast
Cons: Would be lovely to have a kettle in the kitchen area
Location: The location is good, only 5 min drive into centre of Alvor, & to the beach
I just booked for the one night, as I had an early hospital appointment the next morning, & the hospital is right opposite the hotel
