The space
Enter your private space through a shared building entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished unit! Guests have private access to the entire first floor of our home.

We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our guest space while you explore the city. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.

Sit down and stay awhile - our guest space includes one bedroom with a plush queen bed perfect for morning snoozes - plus a handy murphy bed for extra sleeping space in the common area. Our kitchenette is stocked with the essentials, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware. If staying in is more your style, our cozy living room is the perfect place to relax and watch tv, or sit on our porch and relax with the perfect cup of coffee.

You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.

• Other things to note
We right upstairs and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy.

Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
