Horrible hotel. The staff were rude. The room was very dirty. Old couch and curtains. Mold and holes in the walls of the bathroom. Asked for late checkout and the next morning the man from the desk came and very rudely kicked us out then called and said oops I see now where u did ask for late check out. Not happy at all.

We've been living out of our suitcases for a month. Two weeks of that time has been at hotels. This is the most comfortable that i've slept in. I have a bad back and am older, so this was so wonderful. Thank you. I loved being on the ground floor.

For a 4 day stay to visit family and friends it was a perfect room for our needs, especially price wise. Staffs always great and the cleaning staff very prompt. Rosalie was responsible for our room cleaning and she was just fantastic. Breakfast is a plus! Only negative is parking. When the hotel is filled with people all spots are full and sometimes the spots are tight to get into especially if you have a medium size rental. Besides that 1 negative point I personally had a great experience and will be back again.

Definitely not an 8, more like a 6
This hotel has a better rating than it deserves. The light in our bathroom didn’t work. They gave us a lamp to use. We asked hotels.com for compensation and Comfort Suites lied to them and told them that we never informed them of the issue. The also lied to us upon checkout and were rude. We won’t be staying here again.
