Excellent locational and housekeeping services, but the front desk and valet staff are a bit unprofessional, called me in the middle of the night for an incident fee which they forgot to charge me upon check-in, and tired to charged me 3 extra days valet service fee which I didn’t even use.

Valet parking charge is more expensive and next door you can park for significantly less. When you book with family they will not provide rooms together or in same floor and have all excuses including the one where they say they are very busy hotel in town.

I checked in online earlier in the day, but when we checked in in person we were informed that they had no more of the room type that we had reserved (double queen). Instead we were offered an “upgrade” to a king room with a pull out which we took but it turned out to be a crummy small pullout couch with no sheets. We waited a while for sheets, then were brought an incomplete set the first time around. The next morning around 10 or 11 we asked for the double queen room instead and they immediately moved us (which implies the room was in fact not being used the night before since that’s before checkout). Additionally we received a noise complaint about 2 minutes after our group returned to our room for the night when it was like 10:30 and we were not being particularly loud.
