This property states its pet friendly, but they have absolutely no area for a pet outside. We have a service animal but they still need to go to the bathroom!! And there was no where near the property to take them, if yhey would put in even a 5 x 5 grass spot it would help, especially if people are paying a $100,00 fee for them

The property itself was very clean. The area around it not so much. As far as our room, the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and they had maintenance respond. They arrived within 5 minutes and fixed the issue so we thought. When we returned to our room that evening the toilet wouldn't flush again. I had to manually turn the dial inside the tank each time to get the tank to fill so it could be flushed.

Nice and clean- but pay to valet
The motel and staff were nice. Parking and being able to even get in to check in was a nightmare with all the events and people arriving at the same time. It would have been nice if the website listed that the parking available was valet and would cost almost $50/night.

It only had valet parking. Other parking ramp options were too blocks away. Optional valet fine but you pay for a room but have no where to park your car unless you pay. The valet parking is in an underground parking ramp for the hotel. The facility is set for parking yet they choose to charge more money
