We enjoyed staying here and can’t wait to go back next Fall. Everything was perfect! Such a nice place with plenty of room. The staff was very helpful and even let us use their washer and dryer. The washer and dryer for the guests was not working. We loved this place and will be back next Fall.

The ocean and beach access is right out the room door near the courtyard. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great dining options a couple miles away. We even stopped at Holy Donut in the morning on our way out of town.

I didn't like how old the property was. Clean, friendly staff, but I could hear someone snoring on one side, talking loud on the other. What I don't understand, and this is true for all smaller hotels with no soundproofing, if the entire building is nowhere near capacity, space guests out so you have some quiet time. If you have walk in guests that's show up, space them out too. Like every other room, and try to place guests so no one is above you as well. Simple planning. Make it more comfortable for everyone.

I went at the beginning of October and the beach was so beautiful and calming. It's directly behind Friendship Ocean Front Suites, and the hotel is about a two/five-minute drive from all the tourist attractions. I really enjoyed my stay there.

This is such a sweet, authentic Maine motel. Every room has a view, the desk staff os very friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean and well appointed. I am a New Englander and it is just what I expected as far as facilites. They have delt with power and chargers, AC and really kept it's charm but also kept up with the times.

This place is a gem!! Mere steps from the ocean. Door between bedroom/bathroom and living area—perfect for daughter to sleep on her own space. Very efficient use of space. Highly recommended!!
