The gentleman checking me in noted breakfast is not an option and parking spaces were gone by the time I arrived (first-come basis). Tip: Call the hotel to confirm details and make the reservation.

The USB ports did not work in the room. A dog was barking at midnight in the hall. Across the street was a loud bar and music that you could hear in the rooms. It was not a great experience. The bathrooms are made of opaque glass so the light shines into the room when someone is trying to sleep.

This property felt fresh, new and hip. The onsite bar and restaurant was very convenient. The room was spacious and we had a nice view of downtown Portland. Coffee was available in the lobby and I would have preferred to make it in my room. Also the decaf coffiee option was a personal sized drip which was messy and slow. Would have preferred a Nesspresso or an urn like the regular people received.
