Hotel staff accommodated our request for a ground floor nearest to an exit for our dogs. Our room also had a convenient sliding rear door that led to a grassy patch (for the dogs) and our car to load and unload stuff easily. My only complaint would be not having a garbage bin at the rear of the property to dispose of dog poop bags. Other than this one minor thing, I would recommend.

The room smelled musty, it said we had complementary breakfast and didn’t. Only give you two towels for two ppl for two nights and clean the room every 3 days. For the price it should have been better. The staff were very nice. The rooms do need to be updated

The staff were congenial and responsive to the concerns I raised. The pool is unusually large for a hotel. It's a great place to stay if you have a dog.

The property has a good location for the areas we were visiting and was more affordable than the hotels in the Portland proper area. It was just in needd if some TLC with regard to cleaning. The room itself was clean, however the same pile of crumbs was in the hallway outside our room for our whole stay along with some new messes here and there. The staff was friendly, however when I went to the front desk for some towels, i was asked to follow the employee to what looked like the laundry area to get them, instead of them bringing them up to our room. And the towels appeared clean, but they had an odd vinegar like smell to them. I would give the place a second chance if I'm back in the area again, but only if i couldn't find anything that i liked for the price.

I used the electronic checkout as it was emailed to me. I did not receive a copy of my bill I had to call the to front desk 3 times to get my bill. The rooms and the property were fine staff slow and told me I should have stopped by the desk and got a copy of my bill I said then why did you email me to check out on line !!!! She said oh yea!!
