The staff was really great and respectful given we just had flown clear across the world to come here. Then due the distance we had what others thought was a disturbance with my child. They first called our room(which I know it was neither people in office)(shuttle driver or the front desk), this person tried to intemidite us in regards to the child and told us if they didn’t settle we could look for a different hotel @ 0300 in the morning. :( Then to top it off after the child did settle they proceeded to call the police on us to do a welfare check. Like come on sorry that we disturbed you but we flew nearly around the world and we chose this hotel for the convenience of trying not to be disturbing to others. Other than that the staff was excellent people and we really did enjoy our stay and they all went above and beyond the creed of hospitality. I never got sleep but hey family comes first and country a close 2nd.

Hotel stay was good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the 24 hr. shuttle to and from the airport. It was helpful to be able to park my vehicle at the hotel and pay the $10.00 a day. Staff was helpful.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The shuttle driver, Kent, went above and beyond to serve me and accommodate my limited mobility. Judging from the many calls that came his way as we drove to the airport, he serves multitudes, yet he took time to personalize things for me. Thank you all and thank you, Kent, the most!

As expected, the airport is near by so you could hear the planes coming in and taking off, not the most noise proof, but had no problem sleeping at night. Completely adequate for a nights sleep before an early departure. Shuttle service to airport, excellent.

This hotel is so badly in need of an udpate. There are far better choices than this particular chain that have been updated and for roughly the same price, too. Customer service was fantastic though. We did decide to park our car next door at AirPark, and their rates are good, it seems more secure than the airport and they have 24 hour shuttle.

Great location for flying out of PDX. Will use in the future. Desk staff were great. Snack offerings were helpful. Bed was worn out around the edges, but comfortable in the middle. We arrived at midnight, and hoped to sleep-in, but the housekeepers were very loud all morning.

On my way to check in the guy was busy, but barely greeted us. When we got to the first room, the door, barely latched and right next to corridor door made all kinds of noise that we could hear even with the AC and TV on switch room the guy didn’t want to. Even told me they were sold out. Which one I questioned and asked him to check again. He suddenly found one on the second floor. the next room that reeked of smoke. And trouble flushing the toilet.
