The absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at! Room was spotless, bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud! Having rental bikes available was a nice touch. We requested robes and the hotel staff brought them up promptly. The everything button on the phones is great. I'd stay here again!

It was a quick day trip for us but we brought out Dog. This hotel is very pet friendly, location is walkable, I felt safe walking as a female by myself. Food was great. Would recommend staying again.

I had an incredible stay at Staypineapple in Portland! The suite was absolutely amazing—spacious, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable. From the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The hotel was nice, the workers very nice. The food we ordered was very good. The only complaint I have is the parking situation was very hard to get into parking lot. I know one-way streets but hard to find and only one-way in and one-way out. Don't miss the turn. Lol

Check-in was slow but we were patient. But no place to store our bikes inside or outside while waiting to check- in. It sounded like construction or heavy thumping going on near our room. We checked out at 5:15 am and left bags for pickup after the Bridge Pedal event. A young man was very helpful, charming, welcoming when we arrived to get our bags. Again, no place to store our bikes as we waited for our bikes and changed clothes in the restroom. A female staff member asked us to move our bikes! No place to move…felt rude and unwelcome. We left immediately!

Bummed at Hotel Rose
When I arrived, the room I had booked and paid in full for last year was incorrect. They blamed a new booking system and the reservation changing due to that, even though they could see the booking and notes when I brought it to their attention. So they moved us to a room with the correct amount of beds but not with the balcony that I paid for. That was a bad omen for the next morning unfortunately. They put us on the street side with a waterfront view, which isn’t really a view the of anything from this particular room. The worst part of the experience was the 6am hype music and loud PA and announcers directly in front of the hotel for all the “waterfront” rooms. This was for the annual Portland bridge bike event. The hotel staff were understanding we were upset about getting woken at 6am by annoyingly loud and obnoxious music and cyclists but couldn’t do anything to change it. We ended up having to leave since we couldn’t sleep or relax anymore. We canceled our plans with friends since it was so early with nowhere to wait for 4 hours, and made the long drive back home, exhausted. All in all, I was bummed since this was supposed to be a fun mother daughter weekend. The staff were as apologetic as possible and I have no complaints about anything else. I actually usually love staying here. It would be nice if they had warned us about the event.

This hotel was great! The check in procedure was simple and online so I didn’t have to do it all at the counter! I love that they offer early and late check out as well as other things! The people were super nice as well! Will deff stay here again!
