My room was not well soundproofed. I was startled awake multiple times during the night due to noises from other rooms that I should not have been able to hear (ie. blinds opening, soda cans opening, etc). There was not easy access to surrounding coffee shops, restaurants, or shopping. The hotel provided a shuttle to a convenience store and the nearby strip mall, but nothing was walkable from the hotel.

Pretty bare bones hotel. Small room and limited free breakfast. Parking is a bit of a pain and the in/out adds an extra step by having to have your tag validated every time you come back in. Not much around, but close to the airport. Lots of noise from the airport and walls are very thin for a newer hotel.
