The location of this hotel was not good for start. The attendants was polited and welcome. But the room was very dirty. They charge us for the water but didn’t saw any information about the water was going to be charge. I book the hotel for 2 adults and 1 kid and in the toilet just had 1 towel and was wet! Total disappoint with this hotel and the price they charge! It’s just ridiculous !

Estava em uma viagem a trabalho e escolhi o hotel, inicialmente, por sua localização. A escolha mostrou uma ótima relação de custo benefício. O local é simples, mas tem tudo o que precisava: bom atendimento dos funcionários, o conforto necessário, limpeza, café da manhã farto e com boa variedade e ótimo sinal de wifi.

Excelente servicio, con lo necesario para un descanso para conocer la ciudad. Próximo (en Uber) al centro y zonas más interesantes. Los alrededores no son los más seguros y no está en medio de una zona comercial, pero fuera de eso, excelente el servicio del personal. Fui a correr un maratón, mi unica sugerencia es haber empezado el desayuno más temprano aún (4:30) como otros hoteles, porque el servicio de transporte empezaba a las 5am y este hotel sólo empezó el desayuno a las 5:30 Es cosa de informarse bien y optimizar el servicio. Las instalaciones un poco viejas, pero cuidadas.
