My non smoking room smelled like smoke and one of my towels smelled bad. Small lobby and restaurant is on the 19th floor and not very big . I won’t be staying there again
They advertise as a hotel with multilingual staff, but in the two weeks that I stayed here not a single person spoke English or Spanish.
This was extra frustrating because the language barrier made it difficult to order room service, which is something I had to do every night because the area is not super safe in the evenings for a solo female traveler.
As far as cleanliness, the room looks spacious and clean on the surface, but there’s a lot of dust on the floor, and in many corners when you pay attention. I had the luxury apartment suite so there was a lot of space which I appreciated, but I was bitten by a venomous spider in the room one night and had a severe allergic reaction. I had to seek medical attention and was medicated for a week following my trip.
After calling the front desk and requesting ice five times, I never received it. I finally gave up and lived in pain for days until I checked out of the hotel.
Another day I requested an extra bath towel and room service brought me a set of cutlery instead.
This is not a property where you see other non-Brazilian visitors. The staff not being able to communicate is incredibly difficult, and the area surrounding the hotel has a very strange vibe to it, especially in the evenings.
Really great mid range hotel, rooms are straightforward and not huge but very very clean. You can tell it’s a really well run hotel. Staff are excellent, delivered our baby crib in an instant and the team running the breakfast are A . Gym is basic but ok. But what sets this place apart is the view from the top restaurant with the breakfast, was really fantastic - and the big reason we will return.

Great location for the Cidade Baixa neighborhood by a wonderful park with interesting bars and restaurants. Beautiful hotel with onsite paid parking. The 19th floor restaurant has a spectacular view, but a limited menu. The phone system only rings to the front desk (no direct line to housekeeping, room service, etc.), but the front desk often does not answer.
Probably best value hotel in PA. The Moov would be equal in every sense, except the area where the Moov is in, not as vibrant or centrally located as the Intercity.
Breakfast is nice on the top floor, with nice views, quite serene. It's still not too far from the aiport, and close to the many sights.
The rooms are clean, wood laminate floors, good warm lighting, clean roomy bathrooms, nice king size bed.
Beste value choices so far in PA, Intercity or Moov (slight favor to Intercity)
Ao chegar no hotel paguei por um upgrade de quarto. Quando fui tomar banho, o box estava cheio de cabelos e no ralo muitos, muitos cabelos… Não limparam o box. Realmente nojento
Mais de duas horas aguardando para o check-in (após o horário estipulado). Funcionários do hotel, literalmente olhando feio para os clientes impacientes (com toda razão).
Encontrei fio-dental usado na cama do quarto.
Gostaria de entender como o hotel pode se recusar a emitir a NF dizendo que é a Hoteis.com quem tem que emitir. Desconheço essa regra e preciso da NF dos dois quartos que usamos durante a hospedagem. Se você paga para a agencia Hoteis.com não temos nada que ver com isso. Se for assim então vocês vao dizer que o cartão de credito usado vai me emitir a nota de 3%, o Governo vai emitir outra nota de 15% do imposto, o fornecedor de toalha outra nota, e por ai vai. Meus caros, essa argumentação não cabe. A quem vocês pagam comissionamento não nos importa. Queremos a NF do valor de nossa reserva, simples assim.
