Difficult review to write as there are good bits and bad bits.. The apartment itself was lovely and extremely well equipped. The garden area was really nice with a pool, a hot tub plenty of sun beds and chairs. Breakfast is delivered to your room.However on our first night the air con leaked an we realised we had a massive puddle on the floor and a soggy rug. The guy at the desk was great and brought up towels to mop it up. He said he would arrange for it to be fixed. There was no one on the desk the next morning but when we got back in the afternoon nothing had been done and there was was a lot more water. I asked the girl on the desk if this could be fixed. She was very rude and said they had only one maintenance man and it could take 2-3 days to fix it. She did agree to send house keeping up . They mopped it, removed the rug and put a towel round the a/c. Overnight it leaked a lot more and we had to put down towels to walk to the bathroom. There was no one at the desk the next morning. I emailed the hotel and asked the to please fix it. When we returned it was fixed and the floor was dry. However they did not replace the hand towels we had put down on the floor and just left us with 2 used large towels. So it is a great place in a good position but if there are problems nobody seems to care. I don’t think it was good to leave us with a very wet slippery floor for so long.

Loved our stay at Anselmo. Great to have a pool and a quiet oasis to relax in. Staff were welcoming, apartment was clean and comfortable. Porto very walkable (uber worked well too) and plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.

This 4-star hotel provides 5-star service and accommodations. The design of the room, furnishings, and decor is phenomenal. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. Shops, restaurants, tourist destinations - even a large grocery store - are all in walking distance. The onsite parking is safe and very affordable at only 15 euro a day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

O apartamento é muito limpo e confortável. Os atendentes são solícitos e cordiais. Agradecemos em especial ao Vinícius que nos acolheu no dia em que chegamos. Ele foi muito atencioso e comunicativo, nos forneceu uma variedade de dicas para aproveitar bem as atrações da cidade, por exemplo: lugares para comer, meios de locomoção, características das atrações turísticas, entre outras dicas valiosas. Ter alguém para nos receber na chegada fez toda a diferença para nós. Quando voltarmos à cidade do Porto, certamente iremos escolher esse mesmo Apart Hotel.
