Very clean room, comfortable bed. The hotel is well located, we were able to walk easily to all the areas that we wanted to visit. The only downside is that there is no parking and public Parkings get full so easily in high season.

All the staff are outstanding. We took their advice on where to go what to see..they are the best. We have travelled all over the world, the staff is one of the best ever. So friendly, caring… knew what we liked at meals, where we liked to visit etc.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff are warm and friendly and more than happy to assist. Rooms are clean and consistently maintained. Buffet breakfast was very good and closing time is 11am. Located in a great spot and was able to walk everywhere from there. A quaint, intimate hotel.

Porto Family Stay
Small boutique style hotel within walking distance of the historic centre of Porto. Very comfortable beds and no disturbance from outside noise at night. Breakfast was OK (not a wide choice) for a small hotel. The roof terrace plunge pool was a lovely surprise and great for a cooling dip after a day of exploring. There are plenty of little shops and restaurants nearby for food. The ice cream parlour ‘Copa’ a couple of doors down has a lovely little garden for sitting out in the evening and the ice creams are delicious. Only downside was asking hotel to arrange a taxi for me which took 30 mins to arrive & cost a lot more than it should have done. It would have been cheaper & quicker getting an official taxi on the street or getting the bus. Lesson learned.

Great hotel and staff. Did not like the fact the bathrooms are open so if travelling with a friend, be warned you can see each other shower. Missing basic amenities like a shower cap..etc. No tea facilities, only a Nespresso machine.

Great Porto hotel
Very nice hotel, with friendly helpful people. A plus is that they had a clothes steamer which was very nice. A bit off the beaten path however close enough to walk anywhere you would want to go.

The hotel is nice and modern. The room was good. The shower extremely painful to use. The area is good but hard to get to. The breakfast was not good and overpriced. Overall a good experience but wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff were very helpful. Since I did not speak Portuguese, the staff were very willing and capable in English. We stayed two nights a week apart, and we were happy to return and to know ahead how well our experience would go. Super friendly.
