I really didn’t love my stay here. I came with my mom and we spent 4 nights here. There was 0 opportunities to check in early even after communicating with the company that my flight was very early and I’d pay if needed. But getting in contact with this property was also a problem. They use whatsapp and first they transfer you to the main company I guess then they connect you with the property manager, which took like 30 minutes. They were nice enough to let us sit inside on a couch until the check in time (like 2 hours waiting), but there was no access to the bathroom, no water anywhere near the sitting area and no one in sight to ask any questions to. The place was really a ghost town, (with that being said, I knew there were empty rooms- and good customer service would’ve allowed us to check in early). And really, who doesn’t have a bathroom for paying customers? Horrible start. Moving onto the room, it was cute, the shower was horrible tho. Boiling hot water and it would not change no matter which direction you turned the knob. Every day was a struggle waiting for the water to cool down- it was painfully hot and made the entire room steam up. I wish I was exaggerating but I’m not… I’ll also mention now that even if you stay 4 nights, they do not supply you with new towels - you must pay for clean towels or use the same ones every single day. I asked and that’s what they told me. Last but not least, property has no parking, must pay for a garage. Go elsewhere
