The owner, Beatriz, was a joy to deal with. She helped a ton throughout my stay and the property was very comfortable and quiet. This property is a great pick if you want an area that's close to the downtown area without being in the heart of it. Highly recommend Pause Apartments.

The property was a bit away from the downtown area with the most restaurants and cultural landmarks, but it was easy to walk there. Fairly quiet at night and close to a metro station. Beatriz, who received when we arrived took the time to note things to see/visit and restaurants to eat at on a map.

Wow! Quel bel accueil! Beatriz nous a surclassé sans qu’on en fasse la demande! Elle nous a fourni une liste des endroits à ne pas manquer! L’endroit est bien situé, très tranquille, tout près de l’épicerie. Un peu en retrait du centre mais tout peut se faire à la marche.

Lovely property, walkable to local metro, to the centre and big grocery store just around the corner. Property was very clean and well laid out. Excellent customer service from the hosts; they were always quick to answer queries and were very approachable. Definitely recommend.

The Pause apartments are in a very central location. The hosts, Beatriz and Gil were wonderful. They were very responsive to all of our needs and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day while we went on a tour. I will say that our place was a bit noisy early in the morning, once for an alarm that was going off and the second sounded like some construction (constant hammering starting at 7 am). Otherwise it was a good stay.

This was a perfect spot to stay while spending a week in Porto. Close to everything but away from the crowds. Beatriz was amazing, super responsive and always ready to offer suggestions. The apartment itself was well-equipped to make simple meals. Great experience all round.

Lovely clean apartment with a modern feel. All the amenities we needed as a couple on a short city break. Beatriz went above and beyond, giving us recommendations for things to try and places to visit. Was easy to get hold of and nothing to was too much of an ask. Gorgeous wee apartment
Perfect place to stay in Porto. Not far from the main metro station, Trinidade, approximately 20 minute walk. We were welcomed by Gil who gave us lots of great advice on how to make the most of stay. Lots of bakeries, restaurants and a Lidl right around the corner. A hidden gem! Definitely will be back!
