Amazing location and hotel!
This hotel is superb. Unbeatable location and fabulous rooms! This hotel is located in the heart of Porto! Waking distance from all the main attractions. We were able to walk to all places. The personnel is simply amazing. They gave us great recommendations for places to go and eat. Everything from this hotel was great! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Porto!

Amazing hotel with very good staff in all departments. I was very grateful for the reception staff and their attention to detail. Excellent customer services. The room was brilliant and very clean. Really well located hotel by the river Douro in an iconic setting.

I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. The location is good and central to the old part of the city on the harbour front. The hotel had very few guests when we went but they sent us to the furthest room, up a flight of stairs into the attic where we were next to a mechanical room and could hear a loud draining sound any time anyone on our floor flushed a toilet. No VIP perk (bottle of wine) nor offer of a room upgrade despite it being the off season. it’s not cheap so I suggest spending your money at a hotel that acts like a 5-star. It’s baffling this hotel is rated as such.

Excellent hotel with amazing view. Great location close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Friendly front desk and rest of the personnel. Customer service at top level. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Will recomend this hotel for a romantic gateway.

Excellent location and friendly professional service. We were welcomed wiht a glass of port. W2The facilities are impeccable, room was large and comfortable with excellent shower and the river view from our room was just gorgeous with their beautiful tall windows. Excellent wifi service. The breakfast service was incredible. We arrived by bus so did not have an issue parking. I recommend using bus or train as parking is very difficult.

Beautiful hotel with views of the Douro River. We appreciated the staff at Pestana Vintage Hotel. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. They were very supportive and helpful dealing with the theft of my cell phone. We loved our beautiful room and the delicious breakfast. They even prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take with us for an early morning flight.

The pearl of Porto
Incredibly located on the riverfront, this is a splendid hotel. Since the area is pdestrian only you can't drive up to the entrance to drop off your bags but their staff happily meets you at your car and carries them for you. This is the kind of touch that gives them a "10" in my book. Lovely rooms, excellent service.
