Hotel não possui cama de casal, mas duas camas de solteiro unidas que se deslocam com facilidade, causando grande transtorno. Os travesseiros estavam sem fronhas - o problema só foi resolvido no último dia da estada, após muita reclamação. A segurança do hotel deixou a desejar, sendo que os quartos podem ser facilmente invadidos por pessoas estranhas, tanto pela área de serviço como pelas janelas, que são possuem trancas adequadas. O posicionamento das janelas não oferece privacidade, sendo possível ser observado por outros hóspedes.

Não recomendo.
Os funcionários da limpeza são destreinados, ficam conversando alto, incomodando os hospedes, que aliás, estão pagando para ter sossego. O café da manhã é péssimo. A água do chuveiro demora a esquentar, fomentando o desperdício. No geral, não recomendo a ninguém.

Tranquilidade e satisfação.
Gostei muito, o hotel fica perto da praia, a praia de itaperapua e maravilhosa, perto das melhores barracas de Porto. Porto Seguro e uma cidade linda e gostosa, passei 9 dias la, não vi nenhuma violencia, tudo muito agradável:hotel, funcionários educados e prestativos( Claudia, Monica, Ana, Cris e Manoel, os demais não lembro do nome). O apto muito limpo, grande, cabe uma familia,o café muito bom. Venham que vão gostar. Stela Freitas.
