Lovely House. Beautiful View!
We enjoyed a relaxing week in this lovely house. The view from the outdoor seating area is wonderful as is the breeze which seems to temper the heat in Corsica. Getting to the beach early for a quiet swim was the best part of the day!

Magnifique séjour passé dans cette magnifique Villa. Le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé est l’état du terrain de pétanque qui n’est pas top du tout. Tout le reste est parfait.

Schöne Villa mit Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Wir hatten eine Woche eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder hatten gut Platz . Günstig gelegen um den Süden der Insel zu erkunden, aber auch günstig für Tagesausflüge ins Inland für Wanderungen. Außenanlagen müssten gepflegter sein, Geschirr müsste aufgestockt werden um nicht nach jedem Essen den Geschirrspüler anzuwerfen, kleine Renovierungsarbeiten würden den stolzen Preis der Miete besser rechtfertigen .

Preis/Leistung könnte besser sein
Tolle Lage, großes Grundstück - keine Frage. Aber leider reicht das nicht, um den Preis zu rechtfertigen. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt, und so haben in der Summation leider viele Kleinigkeiten das Gesamtbild getrübt. Der Poolbereich hatte keinen einzigen Sonnenschirm, es lagen kaputte Liegen im Gestrüpp, der Garten ist absolut nicht gepflegt, der Boule-Bereich mit Unkraut überwuchert und die Bälle fast alle kaputt. Eine billige Plastiktruhe neben dem Pool war auch nicht sehr ansprechend. Der Inhalt gehört offenbar den Besitzern, die nach unserem Dafürhalten das Anwesen nur noch selten selbst nutzen. Sonst würden sie es besser pflegen. Der Empfang war äußerst unfreundlich und unwirsch, Absprachen während des Aufenthalts schlecht und Ankündigungen über Termine (etwa Putzfrau und Poolboy) sehr kurzfristig. Zur Ausstattung im Haus: grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, allerdings geht aus der Anzeige nicht hervor, dass sich das Badezimmer zum Hauptschlafzimmer direkt und ohne räumliche Trennung im Schlafzimmer befindet (WC 1m neben dem Bett). In der Küche ist auch einiges vorhanden, allerdings für maximal 4 Personen, zu dritt mussten wir bereits täglich den Geschirrspüler einschalten. Für 8 Personen reicht das Geschirr gerade mal bis zum Frühstück. Insgesamt also ein leicht enttäuschtes: Good do better!!! Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen und es auch leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nice villa close to one of the best beaches
The villa is exactly as described and we very much enjoyed our stay there. The villa is ideal for 4 to 6 people. Restaurants, bakery and supermarkets are all close by.

Tolle Ferien
Tolles Haus mit Pool auf großzügigem Grundstück. Checkliste und Check out unkompliziert. Tolle Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche was Teller und Kochutensilien angeht ist für 6 oder mehr Personen vielleicht etwas knapp. Insgesamt tolle Location. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Very nice house in beautiful surroundings. For 8 Personenn the kitchen should be equipped a little more comprehensive, but that's complaining at a very high level. We will be happy to come back.

Impeccable
La maison est très agréable à vivre, bien équipée, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Elle est aussi très bien située près des plages. La piscine et le jardin sont bien entretenus. L'accueil était chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Emballé !!!
Très belle propriété, bien conçue, spacieuse, avec une belle piscine. Des plages et paysages magnifiques à proximité. De très bons restaurants également à proximité. Un super accueil partout où nous sommes allés. Un séjour parfait. Nous reviendrons... ( Des tapis en sortie de douche seraient bienvenus ). Merci encore pour nous avoir fait découvrir la Corse dans un habitat et un cadre exceptionnel.

Super Villa mit sehr großem Pool in Strandnähe. Überdachte große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick. Eingezäuntes Grundstück mit Code-gesichertem Tor. Straße vor dem Grundtück viel befahren, stört aber nicht. Insgesamt für 8 Leute zu empfehlen; 2 Masterbedrooms mit Klimaanlage.

Very Nice House with tasteful decor
It was a very nice stay. Rooms are very good for families and friends with 3 bathrooms. Beautiful garden with lots of space. Interior very tasteful. Close to the nice beaches. Road in front is OK since this is typical for this part of the isle. All in all we will come again.

Séjour agréable dans une belle propriété
Très belle propriété, bien située et offrant tous les équipements nécessaires à un séjour agréable. Route très passante à proximité un peu bruyante mais non gênante (en basse saison du moins). Location de voiture probablement nécessaire car plages à proximité mais route un peu dangereuse pour y circuler en piéton. Nous déplorons uniquement le niveau de propreté de la maison à notre arrivée qui n’était pas satisfaisant, notamment à la vue des frais de ménage payés : nous avons du passer l’aspirateur, nettoyer la plancha laissée pleine de graisse, vider le lave-vaisselle laissé plein, désherber le terrain de pétanque laisse en friche depuis quelques temps. En dehors de cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et le tarif est adapté.

Très bon séjour dans une maison où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Piscine chauffée à l'arrivée comme je l'avais demandé. Le seul bémol est le bruit de la route en bas ce qui gâche un peu au regard de l'environnement exceptionnel.

Décevant
Cette très jolie propriété est à proximité directe d’une route ultra passante. Le bruit de fond est incessant. Par ailleurs, l’accès à la plage à pied est une illusion. Il faut à minima 25 mns de marche sur cette fameuse route (sans trottoir) ultra passante en été (en tout cas). Je n’aurai pas loué cette maison (très jolie et bien conçue par ailleurs) si j’avais eu ces éléments en main.

Passons sur la qualité du mobilier de la villa qui n'est pas pas a la hauteur du standing revendiqué Passons sur la minuscule cuisine pour une villa de 8 personnes Mais comment passer sur le fait que vous êtes exposés toute la journée au vacarme de la circulation automobile incessante sur la route bordant la propriété ?? les fréquents relents d'odeur d’égouts sur la terrasse, étaient ,eux, peut être occasionnels mais très gênants aussi

Fejl og mangler udbedres ikke
Udenomsarealer var ikke forberedt til gæster. Petangbane var ubrugelig fra lørdag til fredag. Totalt overbegroet med ukrudt. Rengøringsnet til poolen var knækket ved vores ankomst og nærmest ubrugelig. To solsænge bryder sammen første gang der er en der sætter sig på dem. De bliver ikke skiftet under opholdet.

Un séjour mémorable pour les grands comme pour les petits
Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Portovecchio dans cette propriété où l’agencement était adapté aux jeunes parents avec enfants en bas âge. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et des quelques jouets sur place pour enfants. En revanche ne compter pas jouer sur le terrain de pétanque qui n’a pas été entretenu. La localisation était idéale car à 5min à peine en voiture de la plage de Palombaggia. Globalement nous avons passé un très bon moment en Corse dans cette maison.
