Mini Villa At 150m From The Beach Of Santa Giulia

Welcome to my home !

I have the great pleasure to welcome you in my charming house of 44 square meters, located in Porto-Vecchio.
It is perfect for a tourist stay, with family or friends and can accommodate up to 5 people.
You will stay at 150 meters from the beach of Santa Giulia and at 10 minutes by car from the city center.

## Logement
My villa is well equipped and will be perfect for vacations with family or friends! It is located in a closed and secured residence.

It can accommodate 5 people and is composed of a kitchenette equipped with : Ceramic hob with 2 burners, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and ironing board; a pleasant dining area with wall-mounted television; a first bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, a second bedroom with 3 single beds and a large dressing room; and a bathroom with an Italian shower; and an independent toilet.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal : A free and private parking space, Washing machine, Barbecue, Fan, Baby bed, Clothes rack, Clothes hangers, Storage space for clothes, Dishes and cutlery.
You will also find a sofa bed as an extra bed in the main room.

You will also have a Terrace and a garden of 100 m², where you can take your aperitifs in peace. Both are furnished, you will find : parasol, deckchair and barbecue.
And to perfect your stay, the residence has a tennis court which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is non-smoking and does not welcome animals.

You will be staying within a 10 minute drive: from the city center, where you will find everything you could possibly need; and from the Port, where you will find various restaurants and where you can go on boat trips.

There are various activities to do in Porto-Vecchio such as
- Visit the historical center (the old town) and discover: the Place de la République (17 minutes by car), the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church (17 minutes), the Genoese Gate (15 minutes), and the Bastion of France (18 minutes).
- Go to the beach: Rondinara (28 minutes by car); Palombaggia (18 minutes) where you can do several water activities such as kayaking, water-skiing, paddle, jet-ski...; and Tamaricciu (18 minutes).
- Go on a cruise and discover the Lavezzi islands and their sublime creeks.
- Go sea kayaking or windsurfing in Pinarellu (34 minutes by car).

My villa is located near various bars and restaurants; and for your daily shopping, you will find the Mini Market at 8 minutes by car.

## Emplacement
The citadel of Porto Vecchio was born in 1539, under the impulse of the senators of Genoa. The region was then known to be a pirate's hideout. From 1540 to 1589, the citadel was destroyed three times and then rebuilt. The Republic of Genoa finally ceded the island to France in 1768. The marina and commercial port below the ramparts is particularly popular in high season. You will find bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants, and you can take nice walks.
