Cleanliness brilliant and staff excellent just somewhere to put your clothes,would have been nice excelllent for the price a bit more choice for breakfast but plenty places to eat near by.would definitely return.

It was well placed for our trip. The bad thing was the lift wasn't explained very well and it was also broken on the second floor. Button didn't work. I have mobility issues so it wasn't good

Very friendly staff at this friendly basic room hotel it is basic but clean and tidy and they will assist with requests like how to get to attractions by us or walk Its called budget but this place is better than some other we have stayed at happy to recommend

Its a budget hotel, so I had fairly low expectations. It had more of a feel of a hospital room than a hotel.

Very poor
Basic is an understatement: no kettle to even make a drink or facilities to make one and never stated this on the web site either. One towel for both shower and toilet visits - unhygienic. One pillow each and no spare in the cupboard or wardrobe, oh that's because there is nowhere to put your clothes never mind an extra pillow. Very dissatisfied complete let down: only use if sleeping and leaving.

Very small room for 2 people. No Tea/Coffee making facility in room. No wardrobe/draws for clothing. Window security chain broken off, toilet extractor didn't work, Only one door key card worked. Breakfast would have been better sourced in one of the retail park outlets and probably cheaper. Not many Hotel parking spaces means parking 500 yards away on B&Q car park or risk getting a ticket from one of the other retail outlets, make sure you read the signage on nearby lamp posts ?. A reasonable No frills Hotel to rest your head for a night if your a Tradesperson or just passing through.

Basic room as expected an no problem. The male reception staff seemed grumpy and doing their job was too much trouble Room was serviced daily and to a good standard (thank you) Breakfast was basic but what was available was ok All in all let down by some reception staff

The staff are excellent the room clean, i will use the hotel again, i have 2 gripes the first is no coffee or tea or kettle, if the people staying are informed before that no beverages are supplied you can supply your own as long as a kettle is supplied, the second is just a personal preference i hate pillows that are lumpy and i had one and i really couldn't get on with it ,its only my preference apart from that it was excellent so thankyou

Basic, clean, close to ferry port
Basic, clean, cosy hotel. Used as a stopover before boarding the ferry, great location for the port. A couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance
