Near Easton's Beach, Second Beach, Third Beach, Sandy Point Beach, pick your own farms at Quonset View Farm and Sweet Berry Farm, golfing at Newport National Golf Course and Green Valley Golf Course, Newport Vineyards, Greenvale Vineyards, Ragged Island Brewery, the Newport Mansions, and many more attractions. The property sits in between the two main roads to Newport. The best way to get around is by car. There is no public transportation nearby, but it is easy to find when using Uber or Lyft. The unit is an in-law apartment attached to the main house, with a private entrance and no access to the main house. Please enjoy the sunset from the porch and the yard. The unit was very clean! We had our 2 small dogs and the yard was very big and completely fenced in and safe! Had a small problem with the air conditioner and they were there in 30 min to fix it!!! Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

We were in Portsmouth for a weekend to celebrate a friend's wedding. Extremely cute, very clean, exactly as advertised in the photos. Host was extremely welcoming and sent clear instructions. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit and yard.

Great stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend for a wedding. The location was perfect (short drive to Newport and just minutes to the venue in Portsmouth). Check in was an easy process and the host was great at responding to messages quickly. We loved the small touches like the towel warmer, espresso machine, and patio area. The design of the space is great too!

Weekend stay near Newport
The pictures are very accurate to what the apartment looks like in real life. Appreciated the host’s recommendation for local restaurant - Fieldstones was great. There was a miscommunication with visitors of the host and parking in the rental spot. Was unclear if there was a washer & dryer in unit, & also would have liked extra towels for the stay.
