I thought the grounds were nice, but the inside of the rooms were kind of updated. They seemed like they were probably 30 or 40 years old. But everything works so we didn't have any problem.

My stay was satisfactory. I was passing through and needed a place to sleep and shower that was not an outrageous price. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. A waffle maker machine at the breakfast would be a nice addition,also bagels and cream cheese. I would stay there again.

The rooms were outdated. Carpet was old and dirty. The first room we had wasn't cleaned properly after the last guests. The toilet was broken. I complained and they switched the room for us. Parking was easy and sort of direct access to the rooms. Free breakfast was ok - Not fancy like pancakes, bacon, and fluffy egg but boiled eggs, toasts, bananas, and cereals but that was enough for us. Play areas for the kids right outside of our room which were nice. This hotel is only a few miles away from Hampton beach. I just wish the room was a bit more updated or cleaner. Overall we liked it for this kind of price. Would stay again when we are in town.

Booked for the pool and play ground shown in the pictures. Neither were available. Pool was empty and junky. No playground area.

Found bed bugs

Entering the room the first thing that hit me was the smell. It smells like mold badly. It's very filthy, dust everywhere and grime. Woke up with bites on me that turned into a bad allergic reaction. Found a BEDBUG! I showed the front office and they issued a refund. We had to take time and money out of our precious time on vacation to go do laundry as to not bring BEDBUGS back home. BUYER BEWARE!

Checkin was not smooth. Although my request for a first floor room was accommodated. The room stunk of dirty cigarettes. The AC filter clearly had not been replaced since the 90s! We were afraid to sleep on the sheets as there was blood splatter on one of the box springs and the fitted sheet was smeared with dirt/dirty. The toilet was disgusting and the tub was even worse. There was no shower mat to prevent slippage. The towels stink of bleach and there was an iron burn mark on sink vanity. Absolutely gross. We will not revisit!

I noticed the property is a great place for kids, it's like a mini water park. My only complaint was the shower trickled and when I first got into the room, I felt I was going to pass out. It was so hot! Also, if you are with someone with a disability, beg for the first floor, even if it's not in the building you want. The continental breakfast was decent. Pool hours should be extended in the summer. Before 10am and beyond 7pm. Check in is at 2pm.
