Thank you for your review - we are so glad you were well looked after by our staff and enjoyed the breakfast on offer. We do not offer air con as there is so little need for it in our, normally, poor British weather. We have however passed both comments to management for them to address when possible. There are 2 restaurants on site. You can unwind with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges. WiFi is free in public spaces. Stattons Hotel & Restaurant also features a garden, room service (during limited hours), and express check-out. For a fee, parking is available. A complete renovation of Stattons Hotel & Restaurant was completed in March 2020. This 4-star Portsmouth hotel is smoke free.
