Enjoy the original ambience of the little Sardinian village of Posada. You can enjoy the dolce vita in this large apartment, directly below the historic district with Castello de la Fava and winding alleyways.

Greenery is provided by jasmine, olive and lemon trees, rosemary, oregano, a cactus garden, wild vine, bougainvillea and some potted plants. Since recently you can also use the outdoor barbecue and spend leisurely grill evenings with your family. Sit on the terrace, breathe in the scent of jasmine and enjoy the direct view of the bay and the countryside. After a day at the beach you can shower sand off in the natural stone outdoor shower, of course also with warm water.

You can spend wonderful holidays the whole year round in the spacious 90m² that can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is also easy to heat in winter and offers cosy evenings by the fireplace in the living room (heating fireplace and electric distribution of warm air in two rooms). There is a separate dining room with a dining table for six people. There is a bedroom with a four-poster bed for two people, and a bedroom with two single beds. The following are provided: flatscreen TV in the bedroom, a hairdryer, 70cm TV in the living room (with German and Italian channels), a German coffee machine, a coin-operated washing machine, iron, ironing board and washing line. The spacious kitchen is fully-equipped with an array of electric appliances, a double sink, large fridge, freezer, five-flame gas stove, oven, extractor fan, toaster, electric grill, ceiling fan, CD player. A cooler bag with rechargeable batteries, deckchairs, sun loungers and a parasol ensure relaxing days on the beach. The owners have designed the apartment the way one imagines Mediterranean life. Step inside. You have a magnificent view of the bay. Already in the morning you can see the sea, if you lift your head a little in bed.

The apartment is located right below the historic district. The beach is 800 metres away as the crow flies, and 2km by road. Posada is the ideal starting point for exploring the highlights of Sardinia in short trips. The most beautiful beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Posada itself has a beautiful, eight-kilometre long bay with a sandy beach, which is not overcrowded even in August, owing to its size. Hiking, biking, nature or going out, riding, tennis are all possible in and around Posada. Posada is an original little village, which is inhabited all year round. Everything you need for daily life can be bought here all year round. Tourism is in its infancy in this village, so one encounters the normal life of Sardinians. Supermarkets, a bank, internet, a hairdresser, post office, bars and restaurants are open throughout the year. The sandy bay of Posada has a lovely sandy beach and crystal clear water. The highlights of Sardinia are quick and easy to get to from Posada, owing to its excellent transport connections. Alternative idyllic beaches: Budoni, La Caletta, La Cinta, Lu Imposto, Bercidda – all within 18km. Hiking: Monte Albo Massif, Lafo di Diga, Forrestale Torpe, Monte Tuttavista, Tiscali, Cala di Luna – all within a 60-km radius. Restaurants, post office, bank, pharmacy, shops and bars are all to be found near the apartments and are within easy walking distance. Even in summer one can still find plenty of space for oneself and the family in the bay. There is a fine, light sandy beach with a turquoise-coloured sea. It is 46km south of the airport and ferry harbour at Olbia/Costa Smeralda.
