A small thing, that makes all the difference.
This place could and should be better.
1) . On December 17 /24 I was arrive at 1:30 pm. The attendant at the front desk as she proceeded to check me in and ask for ID told me before she started her computer work , that I have to pay $20.00 for checking early. The time she had done paperwork it was 1:50p.m. because I asked her some questions, but she wasn’t sure how to handle them on the professional level, therefore it was longer checking in. Besides the young lady wasn’t nether friendly or not . There was no hospitality attitude at all.
2). Later that evening I called front desk and asked where is microwave located in room, the front desk attendant told me you don’t have microwave, I asked why? his responding was more than I could Handel as fallow; because only suites have the microwave and you’re not in
that one .
I replied:o ye, this is the first time I have a situation in hotel that microwaves only for suites, & I told him that I have been in hotels of lower categories then yours , but never had a problem with it. As you understand have no assentials in the room as microwave is not a friendly idea for the guests, who brings businesses to your place. As I was very tired from driving a long distance I was looking to hit up my dinner that I got on my way to final destination for that day. Any way he added that as , for my convenience there are microwave in the service areas & I can use 24hours , plus coffee & tea .
At the time when I made call I was after shower e.c.
