This unique home apartment with 400m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The picturesque living room features comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing, a TV to watch your favourite shows and dining tables. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The second and third bedrooms have double beds. And the last two have single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

There is an outside area with a barbecue and a stone table for enjoying the fresh air.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
