𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests. Children five years and younger are free and not counted in the total guest count. These fees will be collected separately by prior to your stay. Resort fee is collected even if you choose not to use the facilities.

Enjoy stunning sunsets and mountain views off your private back deck and hot tub. Fire up the Weber Gas grill on the wrap around private covered deck for a lovely BBQ dinner or enjoy the convenience of it’s full gourmet kitchen that opens onto the great room with gas fireplace for an all-inclusive entertaining experience.

You'll have access to our cabin and a wide range of amenities at Brasada Ranch!

RESORT AMENITIES:
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air Peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees).
Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)
*Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.

• The restaurant, athletic center, general store, and pool area are located 0.1 mile from this property.
• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.
• Cascade Pool is available for guests, as well as 24/7 access to the gym.
• We do not accept pets.

𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒
*Please follow these house rules. If our team notices these have not been followed you could be liable and subject to a fee.

• No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
• Please keep food in kitchen area. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room.
• Please keep all children’s art supplies and krafts away from upholstery and carpet. No coloring or art and crafts in the bedrooms or living room.
• Children 5 years and younger must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
• No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
• When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure a 3 foot clearance around all sides.
• Please pick up all trash (inside and out) upon check out and place it in the trash and/or recycling bins.
• If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
• We understand accidents happen, if something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us so we don’t stumble upon something when we come in after your stay.
• Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping.
