Excellent hotel, good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the temperature in my room, the aircon was broken, but was quickly resolved by the staff, got moved to an upgraded room.

The swimming pool was closed for the 3 days of my stay,this was why i booked this hotel for the pool,i stayed in this hotel before and loved the pool area.This was a disappointment for me.

The room was speculator had an amazing sleep every night and the pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing would definitely come back to this hotel again. Affordable place and right in the City Centre of Poznan highly recommend

L'emplacement est top. Malheureusement avec le changement chez Radisson il y a beaucoup de lacunes. En effet, l'état des chambres est assez déplorable. (lampe de lecture ne fonctionne pas, un seul linge, chambres pas nettoyées durant mon séjour de 3 nuits etc..) Mais aussi le fait que les tableaux de la chambre ont été enlevés (ok je peux comprendre) MAIS il reste les clous apparents. C'est vraiment horrible. Par contre la personne de la réception (une dame qui est revenue après une longue absence) est très professionnelle, très réceptive et fait tout pour vous aider. Malheureusement cela ne suffit pas.
