Scam! False advertising! They publish room categories that do not exist (like Executive Apartment) with a larger surface and higher price, but you get assigned a standard room (Apartment). When trying to talk to somebody I was asked to go on the following day to the reception, to find out that the person there is just a security guy and has no relationship with the accommodation. Finally, I got an email address to write my issue, and I haven’t yet received an answer for 48 hs and counting. By now I left the hotel already, paid an overprice to get a better room, which I didn’t receive and I have no way to even talk to somebody as the Expedia customer support is a joke too.
The only positive note was that the room was ok and in a very good location. After this experience, I’ll definitely avoid Expedia in the future…, and pay extra attention to this type of scams
