Would have rated higher except for check in. Told hotel we would arrive 1/2 hour after reception closed, but they still did not have anyone there on arrival. Had to literally walk around the block and get help from local to gain entrance

Excellent value, spacious room, great staff (Babrora at the front desk was wonderful - resourceful, pleasant, easy to deal with, excellent English - she served us well!) Great breakfast for an additional amount , which was very reasonable. Great location, close to the main plaza. We would definitely stay there again!!!

At first glance, this place was great: the location is stellar and walkable to all the old town areas, room was large, nice balcony, has AC in the bedroom. It all went downhill from there. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was right above a club that is bumping music until 4am. Construction on the building began at bright and early at 7/8am so we literally got no sleep. Someone tried getting into our room around 3am the first night which was incredibly frightening and startling. The staff was incredibly rude (especially the male front desk agent). Our booking got messed up and they had zero flexibility to help us remedy because of their firm “non refundable policy”. I would NOT recommend this hotel to others.

Can’t beat the location. Staff was super kind especially the woman on my first couple of days, actually the most amazing and kind person I met in Prague by far. As an American of course I was not thrilled with the “A/C” they won’t let you lower it past a certain point and it didn’t work very well so it was very hot in my room. Also, they say they offer laundry service but after the fact for 1 load of laundry I was charged 40 euros which just made me feel scammed honestly. Still worth it. Had a great time.

No Elevator in the Main Building
Our first room assignment was on fourth floor- with NO ELEVATOR. The hotel took our bags up for us, but my husband has breathing issues, and he could not handle the steps. The hotel graciously moved us to their second building with an elevator. Our stay was great after the move!

A wonderful hotel in the Old Town. Walkable to all the major sites in and around Old Town Prague. Staff are friendly and the morning breakfast will fuel u up for walking around the city and up to Castle Prague. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location to walk to most attractions. It is quaint and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is available and well worth the price. Depending on which way your room faces there can be a lot of noisy nightlife. Closing the windows almost completely elominates this but can lead to quite a warm room.

Location is great for this hotel, you are truly in the middle of the Old town. The hotel was in a decent shape that I like. A few things to consider though. There is no elevator in this hotel so if younare staying on the 3rd floor, it can be challenging. The other is thing is that there is no receptionist for 24 hours. It may not bother you but I've never seen that before. Lastly, I was charged some extra after I left although I didn't use or ecen touch the minibar and I was told that 2 chocolate bar was missing. It made me think something is not quite right so I would not leave any belongings in the room

Lovely quirky old hotel in a very central location. Just a pity it doesn't have it's own bar/restaurant. Reception a little tricky to find as it's down a little alley off the street.

This was a great hotel in the heart of it all. The breakfast was reasonable, compared to others, the room was really big and the AC worked great. The only down side is we were on the top floor and there are no elevators so keep that in mind!
