Residence Dusni 6 has a spacious and well lit rental apartments situated in the heart of Prague, near the Old Town Square. Apartments includes living room connected to dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub and is en suite, the second one has a shower and is accessible from the hallway. Living room consists of standard sofa, Sat-TV and table for six, making it an ideal place for relaxation, even when entertaining guests. Apartment has a small, but sufficient kitchenette with all necessary appliances for whole family meal preparation. Design is a combination of modern and antique furniture, thus creating a unique atmosphere.

Of course, you can contact me anytime during your entire stay either by phone or come to see me at the management office located at Karoliny Svetle 4, Prague 1, which is about 10-15-minutes walk from your apartment. Whatever you might need, I'll be glad to help you and share my local knowledge.

Beautiful apartment, great location, friendly staff
We stayed three nights here with our 2 adult children. This apartment is beautiful as the pictures show. High quality throughout. Back bedroom very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague. Such an city. this apartment is in a FANTASTIC location. Right near Old town Square. Eduardo, the owner and his staff were very thorough, friendly, and easy to work with. They accommodated our later arrival time due to a flight cancellation. Great coffee maker too. Close to beer gardens, great restaurants and the sights. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Apartment in a great location
Very pleased with the apartment for our stay in Prague. Great location. Apartment was as advertised, very spacious, airy and clean. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again. My only comment is that the ads said there was a safe in the apartment. All the printed materials we were provided also said to use the safe, however there was no safe in the apartment. No big deal for us, but something to note.

Excellent location
The apartment is located a short walk (two minutes) from the Old Town Square and within easy walking distance (ten to fifteen minutes) to a large supermarket, the castle, and the famous Charles Bridge. The kitchen is sparsely, but adequately, furnished. As the picture on the website accurately depicts, the apartment is freshly painted and nicely furnished. I highly recommend it.
