I never went because I accidentally pushed the wrong button and selected the wrong month. It was non refundable. I immediately contacted Hotel.com and the property management were unsympathetic. I couldn't change my dates as they were fully booked. I made several attempts to contact the property both directly and through Hotel. Com but they do not acknowledge messages. So while it was my error it's a pity they are not more understanding. I even offered to meet them while in Prague the previous month to discuss the situation but no response. So while it was my error this shows something about the unwillingness of the property managers to discuss queries and solve problems.

Fabulous, cannot say any more, beautiful apartment bang in centre of wenceslas square, everything you need, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, comfortable beds, beautiful lounge, most impressive and will definately be going back.

Prague prime location. Complex checkin.
I booked the room thinking that its just another of my 2000+ nights at hotel. The checkin process was complicated. I did not realize this when I booked it. Had to go back and forth in order to eventually Get an access code. Once this was done. It was Nice and easy. I though I was getting a balcony - but My room face the back side of the building. The location in Prague is superb. Once in the room - you forget about the challenges in the checkin- which I think is caused by the interface between Hotels.com and the company renting out. Anyway - I reccomend it and will return . 😊
Fully functioning kitchen. Good for a bit longer stays.

bra hotell, men lite missvisande bilder. När jag bokade trodde jag att vi skulle få med balkong. Men det var ett vanligt rum. Allting var bra förutom sängen, den var väldigt hård och obekväm. Men i helhet är jag nöjd.
