Lugar incrível com profissionais maravilhosos. Tudo muito limpo e novo. O gerente André é extremamente competente e acolhedor com os hóspedes. Sou muito enjoada e me surpreendi com o local. Super recomendo o hotel que além de lindo tem uma vista privilegiada frente ao mar, com uma praiabem tranquila, vale muito a pena. Com certeza retornaremos.

Precisa melhorar.
O hotel tem potencial, mas no momento estão com pessoas que ainda não foram treinadas / capacitadas. Funcionários nada simpáticos e que ficam discutindo na frente dos hóspedes. Demoraram meia hora pra fazer nosso check-in, fecharam o portão em cima do nosso carro, a piscina que fazem questão de anunciar estava verde, imunda, o quarto de “luxo” com a luz do banheiro queimada, o chuveiro torto e fora que tem uma sacada incrível e não colocaram nenhuma cadeira para apreciar a vista. A cama é de casal, sem conforto algum para ser “luxo”. O café estava bom. Limpeza do banheiro deixou muito a desejar. Enfim, hotel não está preparado ainda. Precisa melhorar e muito!
