The property has a large well-kept garden, gazebo, barbecue and swimming pool with sun terrace, as well as an annex with kitchen, dining room, bathroom and covered terrace. The Villa is on two floors: on the ground floor we find the large kitchen, the living room with fireplace, library sofas and TV, a service bathroom and two bedrooms. On the first floor 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The following services are available on request and for a fee: catering based on local dishes (for a fee); riding lessons; excursions in the national park; bicycle tours and much more. At the owners' organic farm, which is located 500 meters from the Villa, you can buy olive oil, wine, honey, salami and goat cheeses directly from the producers.
The Villa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in nature, with family or friends, and a perfect starting point to explore the Casentino Forests National Park, the Castles and the ancient Pieve di Casentino, special places such as the monastery mountain of Camaldoli (15 km) and the Franciscan sanctuary of La Verna (32 km), Poppi 8 km, Bibbiena 15 km, but Arezzo (45 km - also by train) and Florence (60 km - also by bus) are easily reachable ). Pratovecchio offers all kinds of shops, trattorias, bars, weekly market.
