Magnifique séjour à Prémanon
On a adoré notre appartement. Que ce soit la vue, l'emplacement, les équipements, tout était au top. Juste un petit couac avec la TV (en pleine période de JO) qui a été vite résolu avec l'aide des hôtes. Je recommande sans hésitation et j'espère que nous pourrons y revenir.

Het is een duplexwoning. De benedenwoning wordt verhuurd. Eigenaar gebruikt de bovenwoning in de weekeinden. Prémanon ligt in een prachtig deel van de Jura. Wij waren er in de zomer.

Premanon: heerlijk wandelgebied
De vakantiewoning is ok voor 2 personen; voor 5 personen wel heel krap. Binnen geen gemakkelijke stoelen om in te zitten(het zijn uitvouwbedden) en geen wifi. TV is erg klein. Wel een fantastisch uitzicht en een mooie set om buiten te zitten. Slaapkamer met een heerlijk bed; badkamer met een lekker douche ; verlichting in de badkamer zou iets beter kunnen. We hebben wel heerlijk gewandeld in het gebied; dat kan volop vanaf het huisje.

Confort à proximité des lieux de randonnées
Appartement fonctionnel très bien situé, proche de tous les départs de randonnées des monts du Jura. Terrasse accueillant le soleil tard en soirée (les jours où il faisait beau). Cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Petit bémol : le petit poste TV, pas toujours opérationnel, dommage en cette semaine d'Euro de foot et de Tour de France

Gite correct, toutefois assez sommaire
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine. Le gite est correct ainsi que l'accueil et bien situé. Toutefois assez simple et un ménage approfondie ainsi qu'une vérification des ustensiles de cuisine et de la literie (alèze pas nette et qui devrait être lavée après chaque départ) semble souhaitable, c'est vraiment le point essentiel de cette location. Il est regrettable notamment que le lit ne soit pas fait à notre arrivée et que ce soit le vacancier qui soit obligé de faire son lit ! Il manquerait un peu de bienveillance et d'égard.

Mi-figue / mi-raisin
Equipement intérieur au top (sdb et cuisine; lave linge et sèche linge -grille pain défectueux mais ça peut arriver). J'ai passé ma matinée du dimanche à nettoyer la terrasse externe (les dalles ne sont pas jointées: y nichent sables et poussières qui ressortent à la moindre pluie…. et on salie toute la maison quand on rentre et sort) ainsi que le mobilier de jardin (chaises et banc poussiéreux et mouchetés de guano). Pas de balais extérieur, juste la balayette de la cuisine. Barbecue et parasol de qualité. L'annonce précise 5 couchages… Il y a bien une chambre avec lit double confortable et une unique pièce de vie avec un lit clic clac 2 places et 1 lit une place. Autant dire que, seul avec mes deux grands ados qui font la grasse matinée, j'ai dû sérieusement revoir mes plans. La chambre parentale a été pour mon fils de 16 ans et j'y ai déplacé le lit banquette pour ma fille de 19 ans afin qu'ils puissent dormir tranquille le matin! Heureusement, ils s'entendent bien. En revanche je me suis coltiné le clic clac durant 6 nuits… Aïe le dos... UN LIT D'APPOINT N'EST PAS UN LIT !!! d'autant plus en vacances. Bref, l'annonce est faite pour attirer le chalant… Les photos 1 , 9 et 14 sont ambiguës car elles ne donnent pas une idée fiable du nombre de chambre (1 seule) et pièce à vivre. La ventilation de la salle de bain perdure et devient gênante au bout d'un moment. Je recommande cette location pour une famille avec des enfants de moins de 10 ans qui ont un même rythme familial. Les propriétaire étant en vacances, nous avons été reçu par la personne chargée du ménage, au demeurant très accueillante et souple.

Mits een grondige poetsbeurt na elk bezetting kan dit een leuk verblijf zijn
Bij aankomst was de deur gewoon los. Niemand om de sleutel te overhandigen.Desondanks het gevraagde smsje met daarin ons aankomstuur.De woning was ronduit vuil bij aankomst.Kruimels,gras en haren op de grond.Vuilresten op het werkblad van de keuken.Kruimels op de kussens van de stoelen.Spinnenwebben in elke hoek van elke kamer.Vuile borden in de kast.Vuil tafellaken op tafel.Ook de netheid in de keukenkasten liet te wensen over.Vuile koelkast enz.Het verblijf wordt duidelijk niet grondig gepoetst noch onderhouden.Indien dit verblijf grondig gepoetst zou worden en dit na elke reservatie zou gebeuren,kan dit een erg leuk verblijf zijn.Eigenares laat de ontvangst en het onderhoud over aan iemand anders.Deze persoon stelt de vraag of je op het einde zelf gaat poetsen.Zo niet,betaal je 65 euro extra.Uiteraard gaat iedereen dan zelf poetsen.Dit is geen systeem voor dergelijk verblijf.Jammer jammer jammer! Positief waren de tal van leuke wandelingen in de buurt:wandeling naar La Dole en wandeling vanop de Col de la faucille zijn zeker een aanrader. De kleine supermarkt in Premanon zelf is ontzettend duur en aanbod zeer beperkt.In Les Rousses is een grote carrefour.Beter om boodschappen daar te doen.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans ce chalet de Prémanon. A proximité des jouvencelles, nous étions rapidement sur les pistes. L’appartement était bien équipé et bien agencé (espace pour les skis, chaussures etc).

Superbe lieu
Visité pendant le mois de févrirer, nous avons vraiment été séduits par la qualité de l'appartement, qui est tout équipé, notamment en cuisine, décoré avec goût. Sa situation est idéale avec piste de luge, piste de ballade raquette et l'accueil des propriétaires est super. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !
