The hotel is extremely charming and in an excellent location. Prescott is a great place and the history of the hotel makes it worth it.

Our stay was very satisfying and enjoyable. The hotel has tons of charm, staff is exceptional and the location is right in the heart of town which we loved. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping is a plus! Would definately stay here again.

The hotel was okay. I was a bit nervous about parking in the garage overnight - previous bad experiences - but it was fine. Very few places to eat around here on Christmas Day. Not their fault but. The Indian place down the street was open and great. The room was small and interior but fine. Warm - I turned on the AC but it was really loud. Otherwise it was very quiet. Staff was friendly.

Excellent hotel in the middle of downtown
This hotel is literally in the middle of the downtown area. It's just a few steps from the most popular food and drink locations. The only comment I have is that the room was somewhat small, no refrigerator and the single window looked out in to a brick wall. However, for the price paid I'm not labeling that a "complaint". If you're staying longer, I'd recommend upgrading to a higher level room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and their Bistro restaurant and the new Speak Easy were great!

It is a lovely hotel which is well maintained and located in the centre of the older area close to all historic sites and a wide variety of eating and 🍻 ng establishments. The staff are friendly and attentive and the entire stay was a pleasure!
