The place needs closing down!!!!!…..SUPPOSED ENHANCED CLEANLINESS due to COVID-19….but couldn’t even manage the most basic of hygiene standards.

Staff friendly and chalet clean, but so very basic. Information poor. Was given an electricity card with no credits and not told about the slot machine and had to come back to Reception to find out what to do. No TV control in chalet. Reported three times before we got one on the third day. it would be useful to be informed before leaving home that we needed to bring towels, dishcloths, towels cafitiere etc. Come on, this is 2019. \The days of Hid-de-hi are surely long gone. the green outside the chalets was frequently badly littered and took ages to be cleared. Reasonably priced for what we got, but standard archaic. hence a disappointed rating .

Awful, dismal and I’m no snob. Understand that it would be basic but not covered in ants, gloop coming from ceiling, questionable stains on carpet headboard and the noise at 9.30pm of kids and adults fighting , physically was appalling

Didn't like the way you have to pay for lecky after the money you spend on just getting the room. As we topped it up 10pound stayed for 2 nights and about 11pm the last night lecky went off. Went to the machine to buy more and the machines wouldn't work so me my partner an 3 children had to deal with no heating. And no power

Terrible. The surroundings were full of litter and the room had no electric or bedding (we were not informed that you had to bring your own). We left after 30 minutes.

Terrible

Chalet hadn't been cleaned work tops filthy sinks bath toaster microwave couldn't use filthy duvet and pillows dirty had go asda for bedding and pillows and mattess protectors curtains hanging off rails couldn't see through windows due to filth cups and plates dirty had to eat out and buy plastic cups to drink out of £96 wasted spent extra on eating out we felt dirty being there Very dissatisfied doubled our cost o
