Quietly situated off the main road, it is nonetheless within easy reach (just 5 minutes on foot) of the tourist village of Mytikas, where you can find everything you might need (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakeries, taverns and restaurants). Aktion National Airport is 20 minutes away by car.

The grounds cover 3,000 square meters, with an automatic well and pine trees, as well as lemon, orange and pear trees, bathed in the radiant light of Greece. Parking is available for several cars.
