You can even paddle your way to famous Dunes beach for a day in the sand. This home has a furnace, central air, 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, main floor laundry - all with a view! The garage features table tennis and an extra fridge. Walk to the Dunes in minutes. This home is located on the cusp of Sandbanks National Park, central to all wineries, breweries, golf courses, restaurants, biking, hiking, antiquing, bird watching and fishing.
