The only issue is that the bathroom vent was not working, the corridor rug had a strong unpleasant smell, and the indoor pool was so small that the space could only contain a family of 5

On check in we were greeted by a pleasant personable clerk. One couldn’t help but feel welcome and informed of all the Hyatt has to offer! Room was nice, shower and bathroom were all one could expect! Should have waited until after breakfast to complete this survey. I do know coffee is decent

The hotel itself is nice and well-run. Unfortunately the area feels very unsafe. We had to drive to a restaurant that was within walking distance to avoid risks.

Although the hotel is excellent place to stay I found that parking is limited, breakfast is quite good compared to other hotels,very clean and quiet, the only issue was that the maid left our door open and front desk apologized saying he will report to management, wouldn’t issue receipt at check out because I booked through Expedia, time to change your policy

Very nice hotel, included breakfast. Cleanest hotel Ive stayed in. Would recommend. Parking was a bit worrisome, given the area,but they had their own parking. Didn't see anybody loitering around which was nice.
