Washroom shower floor had multiple hairs, the corners of shower were dirty and stained with some fluid. I had to prove to the clerk at the front desk my concerns making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I was to return this same week for the end of my trip for 2 nights and I have cancelled and booked at the Marriott instead.

Love the ambience of the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast chef was very friendly. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever been in. Will stay here again.
