Very unique inside jungle. They have rooms that are fully inside the hotel so no air movement. I get hot when i sleep so wasnt ideal but they were quicknto offer me a fan which saved me

Was not good experience took deposit out of my account twice when supposed to return it when I checked out lady said guy was new that’s why nd he didn’t know how to return my deposit now I’m out the two deposits until they return my money from my credit card this scares me I’m glad I checked my account I should be getting my money back right away when checking out but that wasn’t the case if they can take it out that quick and supposedly return it automatically in the morning upon check out why can’t I get the money they took out twice right away?? I need this money back for my rent

I've stayed at the place many times throughout the decades.....it was always a HUGE treat! It's been going downhill but I still kept returning because I'm not fancy and the price was right! However, I believe I just stayed my last time. Usually I just overlook the "issues" but this time there were just too many things. Barely warm showers, key card would never work when we returned from an outing, walkways not shoveled or sanded, check-in took forever, the breakfast counter was a disaster and not refilled as people came. The staffer that comes to close up the breakfast area is very rude and literally took away the bread basket, cereal dispensers, coffee cups etc, while people were there standing in line to get stuff! Breakfast goes until 9am and if people are still waiting inline at that time, she will lock the juice machine and lock the yogurt fridge right in front of you! I understand you have to have a cut off time but there is a MUCH more professional and kind way to go about it! Put up a rope and a "breakfast closed" sign after the last people in line so no further people come in and then let those that are in the breakfast area finish serving themselves before you lock everything up! Not once did she come in to tidy the counter, restock anything, clear tables etc....the only time she came was to budge into the line to lock everything up, right infront of people.

The pool wasnt working after calling to confirm it was operational. The pancake breakfast machine was not working so there was not a hot breakfast. We had a stranger go after our girls volleyball team and then tell the security guard that he was there uncle. So security didnt believe the girls at first.

As much as the staff were friendly and helpful the rest of the stay was not up to par. First a room with someone in it 2nd no heat and 3rd fake eyelashes stuck to wall behind my bed. Not to mention the many stains on walls dirty old air conditioners filled with dust dirt cigarette butts

I really don't like how impatient the staff get when trying to resolve the booking and payment issue. I feel they are very unprofessional and need to get trained on how to address their patrons with respect and decency. They need to be more clear when explaining how the pre-authorization works and how it gets refunded. Poor front end service

THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY DEPOSIT $300
This place sucks. wasted my time. they tried to steal my deposit. the lied to me for a week everytime I called. they said they would etransfer my money, but never did. I called over and over and they lied saying they would call me back. Eventually they started hanging up the phone on me because they know I live in a different city so they kept hiding behind "their policies" that refunds are in person only. they lied that they couldnt get a hold of the owners. the manager on shift refused to take my call. they lie and say there is never a manager available and the owners are not reachable, but it's not true. After a week of this I got the etransfer and I called to get the password. they were able to get a hold of the owners within seconds. LIARS!! THIEVES. when I stayed there I saw a manager threaten a guest holding a baby with calling the police because he is a veteran and someone was ilegally parked in veteran parking on veterans day. the manager cancelled his reservation and kicked him out of the hotel with his baby. Do you self a favor and pay an extra $10 to not have to deal wtih this filthy, old hotel. BT W Hotels.com also sucks they did NOTHING to help me.
