Everything went great once we got there.I was a put off when I called and asked for an early checkin since I had to be at a wedding at 2:30 and check I was at 3:00. The girl answered the phone was no help and said no we can’t promise that so I almost cancelled the reservation. When I got there it was not an issue and all went smoothly.

The Crowne Plaza Princeton-Conference Center in Plainsboro, NJ, provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel's cleanliness and safety were top-notch, and the courteous staff made me feel welcome. The abundance of dining options nearby was a definite plus. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Princeton area.

The property is very nice. Only complaint, mini fridge did not work and instead of giving us a double bed which I requested, they put me in a king bed. It was a bit strange sharing a bed with my 22 year old son. Other than that, I will stay there again.

Pleasant Stay at the Plaza

It was a short stay but a pleasant one. We always love Crowne Plaza and this one did not disappoint. Very nice looking ambience, amenities and breakfast. People at the reception were pleasant, friendly and very courteous. Enjoyed playing the pool table after many years. The seating outside the front entrance gave us a few minutes to sit and relax outside in the evening. Enjoyed everything, thanks

My trip was for work. I like staying at this hotel for convenience of being close to where i had to work. The hotel is nice, but could use a few changes. Could use a little updating and the coffee area needs to be maintained a little better.

Worst experience ever

Terrible hotel, I thought was going to be one of my best hotel experiences in this bussines Trip for the east coast, but was the worst one. Very old, bathroom with pending repairs, walls coming a part, cracked, carpet dirty… my worst experience ever
