my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. However, my stay started on a slightly sour note as the staff member who checked me in was not very friendly, which left me with a less-than-welcoming first impression. Thankfully, the service improved over the next few days, and the other staff members we interacted with were much friendlier and more accommodating. One other issue I had was the lack of complimentary water in the room for making coffee in the morning. Many hotels provide water as a courtesy, but here, you have to purchase it, and it’s quite expensive. It’s a small detail, but it made my mornings less convenient. Overall, it was an average stay, with some highs and lows. A few small improvements could really elevate the experience.
