there was a dead cockroach in the room and also flies, a frog and some crawling bugs. it was gross

Cleanliness...theere was mold on the bottom hinge

This was not a good stay. We booked because of the rating. We woke and found our door didn’t shut!! Thank goodness for the top lock!! The bathroom has a lot to be desired!! Certainly not the rating they deserve from this property!!!

The deadbolt wouldn't latch in our room. Breakfast was minimal. Yogurt or some type of egg would have been nice. A wheat or wholegrain bread would be a nicer offering as well. It still was a decent affordable stay.

I mistakenly reserved one night when I needed two nights. I cancelled my one night so then reserved two nights but Expedia did not refund me the one night of the $109. It is not Sleep Inn's problem but Expedia has a problem with me.

Musty carpet smell.

Upon entry to the room, there was a musty smell to the room. Which means that the carpet was not completely dried before the rom was shut up.

The room overall was ok for the price, but the carpet and bed felt wet (too much humidity in the room. The quality of the bed was a 3/5. We had trouble with our room card not working, and had to go back to the desk 3 times.
