Tämä kaunis kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Princevillen lomakeskuksessa, josta on näkymät Tyynellemerelle ja Hanalei-lahdelle. Oleskelualueen holvattu katto antaa tilavan ja ilmavan tunteen tälle kauniisti varustetulle huoneistolle.

Voit ottaa upea merinäköala oleskelutilasta tai astua yksityiselle lanaille lähemmäksi. Iltaisin voit rentoutua viileän ja trooppisen juoman kanssa nauttiaksesi upeista auringonlaskuista.

Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä oveltasi on uima-allas porealtaalla sekä ravintola aivan kompleksissa. Muita ravintoloita, ostoskeskus ja kaksi maailmanluokan golfkenttää sijaitsevat lähellä Princeville.

1. Furniture is different in reality than in profile pics and not for the better.2. Lost electric for 4 hours on Monday which isn’t the end of the world but then internet never came back in for the remaining 2 days we were there. 3. Called the manager listed for help, left a message with NO RETURN CALL.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Getting to the beach from the property is steep downhill to get there but the beach is quiet, very few people and great snorkeling.

Great location, condo alright.
On the plus side; I like staying in this complex due to great location —have stayed in this complex numerous times; Close to Food Land, Hide Away Beach, Pizza Place in complex, Ritz Carlton close by and all my hiking spots. The area is beautiful, grounds very well maintained. ….As to the condo itself, it’s fine but it’s dated, view so/so compared to other units, furniture is old, one paper towel, soap that seems like it’s been there forever, oldish appliances. Condo is ok but could use a little love and capital. Floor plan nice with upstairs /downstairs. I would do it again, we had a great time as we always do when going to Princeville.

Great unit; too hot!
We love Princeville and love staying in that area. This condo neighborhood is lovely and well laid-out and landscaped. We loved going to Hideaways pub one night and braved the steep walk down to the small beach. Perfect location for sunsets. The unit itself is very nice. It is spacious, with nice furniture, plenty of beach extras, a large lanai, and comfortable king sized mattress. However, the architectural design of these buildings is very flawed. I know that most places in Kauai don't have AC and when we visited previously, we didn't need it due to the tradewinds. This unit faces the sun all day. There are vaulted ceilings and the only windows are louvered and small and most of them are ground level so it is difficult to get good breezes in the unit. It was extraordinarily hot in the unit. There were a few fans, but no extension cords so you couldn't get the fans where you needed them. We called the rental agency and they provided two fans and two extension cords the next day. My husband was able to rig up an airflow that helped cool the unit down, but it was still fairly warm. So, great unit, helpful agency, but if you like AC, not the place for you.

Whales!
We loved our time here. It was clean and had everything you might need. The binoculars were a nice touch and we were able to see whales! It was only a short walk to watch the most beautiful sunset looking out towards Hanalei! Some of the closets and dresser drawers were hard to open and close but that would not prevent us from staying here again! Mahalo

Great property
We had a lovely time in the condo. The property was gorgeous, and the walk to the private beach was especially lush and beautiful. The pool was also more lush/beautiful than the pictures. Overall vibe of the property was quiet and relaxed. We enjoyed the condo as well, with the perfect view from the lanai. We had hoped there would be some basic pantry items that most rentals have (spices, oil, coffee), but overall the kitchen was clean and functional. We were really happy with our experience at the property and with the rental company.

Overall this was a good place to stay. We had the important boxes checked- close to surfing, ocean view, spacious accommodations. The unit is decent, but there is some wear and it is dated, it is not “sparkling” clean (kitchen, bathrooms could use some bleach). Also, it has a full kitchen but NO basics for cooking. Just the pans/pots/utensils but no salt/pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, coffee, drinking water. We had to buy all food/cooking related items. The unit could also use matches, bath mats, foil, tape. (Also does not have A/C so it gets very warm in the afternoon! )

The condo had beautiful ocean views, great location. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved that beach chairs and a boogie board was provided. My only negative comment I could say is that there was no air conditioning; we happened to stay during a heat wave. It was uncomfortably hot. Luckily, there were plenty of fans available.

Pali Ke Kua 244 awesome condo
Reviews from past guest are always in my consideration for my bookings. We stayed in Pali Ke Kua 244. Condo was nice, clean and provided us with everything we needed. Large showers, tons of storage and beach chairs were a plus. Condo also had tons of fans which are needed because the sun heats down in the living room in the afternoon. Beds were comfortable but pillows were too soft for my liking. Kitchen had everything we needed but possibly it needed a good deal cleaning. Washer is small but did the job. Felt washer also possibly might need a good bleaching because it had a musty smell. We had an issue with one of the glass slats falling from window and management dealt with it right away. The ladies at the management company super sweet and very friendly. Condo was fabulous but I don’t think I’d stay in Princeville again. Nothing against the condo we just like being near restaurants that we can walk to or a short drive. Because the condo is far back in the community, it takes a while to get out because of the traffic at the exit. Didn’t do my research on what Princeville was about.

Great Stay for Two in May
My boyfriend and I had a great stay at this unit in mid-May of 2019. We have stayed at another unit in Pali Ke Kua before, and loved the location so much (primarily the proximity to Hideaways Beach) that we did not hesitate to come back. Things we love about Pali Ke Kua in particular: - the pool + jacuzzi are reliable and fantastic - the property's proximity to Queens Bath, Hanalei, Princeville Shopping Center, and again, Hideaways Beach (with the paved path down) - Hideaways Pizza Pub! We didn't go here a ton, but seeing as there aren't a ton of dining options in Princeville, it's super nice to be in (very) short walking distance to some comfort food like pizza and cocktails. - Grounds are super well taken care of - beautiful landscaping and nice people working there. Pros of this unit specifically: - Super clean - Ample amount of towels - Beach chairs and snorkel gear (no flippers, though) - Rental company supplied us with things we forgot like a little cooler for the beach. - TV has good selection of channels (although, you aren't coming to Kauai to watch TV : )) - Fantastic ocean view from the unit. Last time we stayed at a unit facing the courtyard, and this is way better. - Condo was supplied with lots of necessities: paper towels, TP, bug spray, some kitchen essentials Cons for this unit: - A little hot. Not that big of a deal, but do note that there isn't A/C and so I can imagine staying here in summer months is intense. The upstairs room is at least 10 degrees hotter than the downstairs. - WiFi a little slow/spotty - but forced us to be on our phones less : ) - Check-in/out could be slightly easier if there was a keypad entry situation, but we didn't mind dropping off the keys at the office.
