Rezervasyonu yaptık, parayı ödedik, fakat başka kişiler kaldığı için kalamadık mekanda.Müşteri hizmetlerine hızlı bir şekilde ulaşamadık, gece vakti kendimize başka yer bakmak zorunda kaldık. Gezimizin tadı kaçtı. Giriş talimatlarında resepsiyon olmadığı için belirtilen numarayı önceden arayınız yazıyordu, yazdık, başka kişilerin kaldığını, dolayısıyla bizim kalamayacağımızı, sorunun web sitesinde olduğunu söyledi. Geri iade alabileceğimizi, kendisinin bir şey yapamayacağını söyledi. Üzerinden 20 gün geçmesine rağmen herhangi bir iade alamadık. Ayrıca herhangi bir ikna edici bilgilendirme de yapılmıyor. 관리를 하지않고있다. 수건들은 세탁기안에 있고 욕실 전등은 들어오지않는다. 하지만 호스트는 친절하고 걸어서 다니기에도 나쁘지않다.
