This unit is situated on the first floor of the house. Although there may be other guests on the second floor, you can expect a private and undisturbed stay.

We're excited to share that we've installed a new smoke and noise alarm for our lovely guest's safety and comfort. Rest assured, it's not a listening device, so your privacy is fully protected.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we require a brief background check. Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. This simple process involves filling out a short form, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Excellent Location
Property was clean. Check-in and check-out was simple. Walking distance to several local shops and dining options. One of my children was touring a local college which we were able to walk back and forth to. Overall, perfect fit for our family's needs.

I visited Providence with my family for a quick 3 day adventure. We decided to try Vrbo instead of a hotel. There were some good and bad things about our stay. The good: Plenty of space, mostly clean, washer and dryer available, nice neighborhood, easy parking, and within walking distance to restaurants. The bad: Overwhelming fragrance, cheap & uncomfortable furniture/bedding, smoke detector chirped the whole time(tried contacting the property manager and was ignored), some places like under the beds and the blinds were filthy, unusable kitchen stools (would not support the weight of even a small child), & very bright day and night (no way block light). Overall, my biggest disappointment would be the lack of effort by the property manager to replace the battery in the smoke detector. Hearing a chirp every 30 seconds made it really hard to get a restful sleep.

My Rating on the stay
Overall I’d say the host is very trustworthy and made this place feel like home. I recommend for people to stay here especially if you want a peaceful place to lay at. The neighborhood was silent and there were no issues with parking. There are also nearby places to eat at so that was very convenient. The hostess responds quickly and made my check in successful. They made sure to provide us with anything we needed, which was great!

Clean and modern
This was a nice place that was recently renovated. Clean and neat with fresh paint and new appliances. There was even a surprise office and desk. Check in was easy access with an electronic lock. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful. I would recommend and stay here again.
